Reinforcing Mesh Welding Machine Feature
1. Weft wire storage bin adopts servo motor driving disc device to
feed wire automatically. The storage bin can store about 1 Ton
pre-straightened and cut weft wire, which greatly reduces the labor
intensity of frequent feeding. The machine will stop working
automatically when there is no weft wire in hopper.
2. The warp wire pushing structure has wire tightening device
controlled by cylinders. This structure sends the warp wires to the
welding points by servo motor automatically.
3. Both the pulling mesh device and weft wire feeding hopper device
can move to the net out direction as a whole, which provides
operation space for equipment adjustment and greatly improves the
adjustment efficiency when changing the mesh specifications. This
function is very easy to operate, only needs to control the handle.
4. Fully enclosed temperature control water-cooled welding
transformer, can adjust the current of 0-99 level. The welding
transformer power is 200kva/set, The machine can operates 24hours
continuously. The service life of welding transformer is longer.
5. The cooling water system of the machine cools the welding
transformer and welding electrode to prolong the service life.
